Shipping
We currently ship to the UK only using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
All our products are packaged to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
It takes typically 1-3 days to prepare your order prior to shipping. Please allow a further 2-4 working days for orders to be received.
We Gladly Accept Returns
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Return items within 30 days of delivery
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We Don’t Accept Exchanges or Cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Import Taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed for non-UK deliveries
The buyer is responsible for paying any additional costs due (such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees) once the package arrives in the destination country.
The Following Items Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)
